Casa da Ínsua is a Baroque-style Manor built in the 19th century by Luís de Albuquerque de Melo Pereira and Cáceres.

This building was converted in 2009 into a 5-star boutique hotel.

Its winemaking tradition dates back to the 6th century, having produced its first wine in 1852.

Currently, its entire wine-growing structure in the Dão Region represents one of the most important wine tourism units, in addition to having a key role in enhancing and promoting the Dão Wine.
