Winemaker - Casa da Passarella

With a degree in Food Engineering and a Master in Food Quality and Technology, he is the author of the first scientific article published about the Encruzado grape variety in the prestigious scientific journal - Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture. He began his career as a winemaker in 2003 and today his work is focused on producers located in six different Demarcated Regions: Dão, Bairrada, Douro, Trás os Montes, Alentejo and Távora-Varosa. He is a permanent member of the Tasting Chamber of the Dão CVR. In 2018 he was awarded the distinction "Winemaker of the Year" by the magazine Grandes Escolhas and in 2020 he was awarded the distinction "Winemaker of the Year" by Revista de Vinhos, having been to date the only winemaker to achieve the award of the two most important distinctions in Portugal.

Winemaker - Global Wines

Winemaker with 31 years of activity, he is the Director of Enology at Global Wines. He has made wine in Spain, Italy, South Africa and Brazil, where he currently has a permanent link with Vinibrasil - Rio Sol. President of the Jury of several national and international wine competitions, he has been distinguished as Top Winemaker in the Wine Master Challenge, Winemaker of the Year by the W Awards, Winemaker of the Year by Revista de Vinho, Winemaker of Merit by the magazine Paixão pelo Vinho and the Career Award by the Tejo CVR.

Winemaker - Udaca 

He has a degree in Enology from the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro and a Master in Viticulture and Enology from the Instituto Superior de Agronomia of the Universidade Técnica de Lisboa. He has published articles on wine stabilization technologies and wine terroirs. He is a member of the Union Internationale des Oenologues. Since 1999, he has been the Director of Oenology at UDACA and consultant oenologist for several companies in the Dão, Beira Interior, Lafões, Douro and Vinhos Verdes wine regions. He has been teaching in higher education and training in various entities. He was Grand Master of the Dão Oenophiles Brotherhood. He held the position of expert for oenological practices at the European Commission in Brussels. He is a member of the national commission of the OIV. He is a member of the Tasting Panel of the Dão Regional Wine Commission, and a jury member in several national and international wine contests.
