It is a small property with about 6.5 hectares of vines planted on a gentle slope facing south, in soils of granitic origin. It was restructured in 1999 using noble Dão grape varieties and preserving the old granite presses, still used today.
The slight slope towards the south gives it a sunny exposure that benefits the wine and makes it particularly pleasant.
Always in the family, each generation had its contribution to the development of the house and the region, always respecting the traditions and culture of wine. In addition to the vineyard, the farm has gardens, large lawns and wooded areas. Among the many trees, an imposing century-old linden stands out.
Both the linden tree and the tower with the old water tank are clearly visible and allow you to easily identify the farm from afar.
The Quinta da Fata house was built at the end of the 19th century based on the granite of the region, it was enlarged in the 60's and remodeled in 1991.
It is a house with a landscape, where you can enjoy either the rooms or the terrace. With central heating, it has living rooms with fireplaces and several rooms with complete bathroom. Attached to the old house there is a set of T1 apartments of current construction.
