Its history has a past indelibly linked to the production of Dão wine, being owned by a family ancestrally linked to the precious nectar, heir of this “knowing how to do”.
Its vineyards are located at an average altitude of 450 meters in granitic quartzite soils.
Enologically, we are adept at the endogenous characteristics, the genuineness of the wines produced, revealing the specificity of the varieties and the local “Terroir”.
Producing those that are considered by some critics, the wines that best represent the “Dão Classico”.
The vinification and aging process in everything respects tradition, without the intervention of wood, we produce elegant wines, with excellent structure and longevity, complex, and aromatically very fresh.
