Since then the old vineyards have been revitalized with new plantations and its cellar has been updated with the lastest technology.
After its first crops and, step by step, the cellar was set up in 2000, housing under the same roof the winemaking and bottling processes, the wineries and wine shop.
Quinta do Sobral currently has 15 hectares of vines in production and more than 20 hectares of forest, fundamental to the terroir of Dão Wine.
